新债交易规则：实行T+0交易，当天买入当天可以卖出，没有涨跌幅限制，设有临时停牌机制，当新债涨跌幅达到20%时停牌30分钟，当新债涨跌幅达到30%时停牌至14:57分，若新债停牌时间超过14:57时，14:57分会自动复牌。交易单位为100份及其整数倍，按照市场实时价格进行成交，遵循价格优先，时间优先的原则。
