1、尾盘集合竞价的可转债遵循时间优先、价格优先的原则，即较高买进申报优先满足于较低买进申报，较低卖出申报优先满足于较高卖出申报，同价位申报，先申报者优先满足，比如，如果小李在13：58的时候，以130元的价格委托买入某一只可转债100手，小明以132元的价格委托买入某一只可转债100手，则小明的委托单优先小李的委托单成交，这种情况被称为时间相同，价格优先的原则；投资者在13:58时，某一只可转债130元时，进行买入操作，买入100手，而市场上的卖出单为80手，且在此之前，市场上已经存在委托买入单50手，则投资者以130元的价格买入单排队较靠后，只能成交50手，剩余的50手进入委托单中，等待机会成交，这种情况为同价格，时间优先原则。
