当然一些主力为了在可转债要强制赎回之前，为了把手中的可转债卖出，则会先买入一部分可转债，拉升可转债价格，吸引市场上的散户买入，好方便其在上方出货，等其出货完成之后，可转债会出现大幅回落的走势。

可转债出现以下情况会被强制赎回：

1、当上市公司可转债的正股价连续15－20天高于转股价的130％，会被强制赎回。

2、当上市公司可转债的正股价持续约30天低于转股价的70％－80％时，进行强制赎回。
