量价背离是指股价与成交量呈相反的发展方向。通常有两种情况：

一是当股价创新高时，成交量不增反降。发生这种情况时往往说明股价的上涨得不到成交量的支持，后市很难维持上涨行情，遇到这种枪口，投资者要保持谨慎的投资心态，谨防追高。
