在股票市场中，中标的意思就是中签，简单来说就是买到还未上市的新股了，新股中签后，投资者需要缴纳款项，如果比如说中签了500股，股价为20元，那么在当天收盘之前，投资者的账户可用资金需要留一万元的现金，如果不足可以银证转入或卖出手里的股票。当然，投资者也可以放弃认购，若连续12个月内累计出现3次中签但未足额缴款的情形时，则半年内不能参加新股和新债的申购。

款项缴纳之后，投资者就耐心等待，一般在15个工作日以内，新股就会上市，此时投资者就可以在市场中卖出。新股中签后上市首日是否卖出，投资者可以根据：买卖盘的变化、市盈率的高低判断：如果买盘比较强则持有，反之卖盘强则卖出；高估卖出，低估持有；如果上市就一字板，则持有，如果上市就破板或破发，则通过做T的方式，降低成本，再卖出。

值得注意的是：注册制的新股上市前五日不设置涨跌幅限制，所以上市首日可能破发，投资者理性对待。
