2、市价申报仅适用于有价格涨跌幅的连续竞价阶段，也就是：在无涨跌幅限制内的连续竞价或集合竞价都不可以市价委托。如：新股及封闭式基金上市首日、增发后首日上市的股票、暂停上市后恢复上市股票及退市后重新上市股票首个交易日属于无价格涨跌幅限制，所以不能进行市价委托。
