新债中签后，系统会自动扣款，若账户中没有足够的资金，那么就会视为放弃缴款，T日申购新债，T+2日公布中签结果，也就是T+2日要进行缴款，这时投资者在开盘前将账户中的资金转出即可，从历史来看新债赚钱的概率比较高，所以投资者中签后可以缴款参与，若遇到基本面比较差的上市公司发行的新债，那么可以放弃缴款。

需要注意的是任何一个投资者证券账户以及名下多个账户出现连续12月内累计出现3次申购中签后，但没有足额缴款的情况出现时都会视为放弃本次申购。并且该投资者名下账户6个月不可以参与网上打新（包括新股申购）。
