4、信息披露和规范运作存在重大缺陷；半数董事长对年报、半年报不保真；

5、净利润亏损并且营业收入低于1亿元将被ST，连续两年直接退市，取消暂停上市、恢复上市环节；

6、整理期首日不设涨跌幅限制，交易类退市不设整理期，一年触及财务类指标即ST，深交所设“风险警示板”单日买入不得超过50万股。
