沪深主板股票连续3个交易日内，日收盘价格涨跌幅偏离值累计达到±20%、日均换手率与前5个交易日的日均换手率的比值达到30倍，并且该连续三个交易日内的累计换手率达到20%的，临时停牌30分钟，停牌时间跨越14:57，于当日14:57复牌。

科创板和创业板前五个交易日不设置涨跌幅限制，但设有临停制度：当日盘中股价较开盘价首次上涨和下跌达到30%、60%，各停牌10分钟，复盘后便没有涨跌幅限制。
