根据沪深两市《上市公司股东及董事、监事、高级管理人员减持股份实施细则》中的相关规定，公司高管披露减持计划公告后，需要在以下时间节点进行披露：

（1）在减持时间区间内，高管在减持数量过半或减持时间过半时，应当披露减持进展情况；

（2）若高管是公司控股股东、实际控制人及其一致行动人，减持达到公司股份总数1%的，应当在该事实发生之日起2个交易日内就该事项作出公告；

（3）在预先披露的股份减持时间区间内，未实施股份减持或股份减持计划未实施完毕的，应当在股份减持时间区间届满后的2个交易日内予以公告。
