上证50ETF场内基金交易的规则是：实行t＋1交易制度、遵循价格优先、时间优先的原则、交易数量为100份及其整数倍、交易时间：周一至周五上午9:30-11:30，下午13:00-15:00。其费用只需要交易佣金，不需要过户费和印花税等。
