根据中国证监会与香港证监会于2016年8曰16日签署的《联合公告》，“港股通”股票范围仍为恒生综合大型股指数、恒生综合中型股指数成份股以及不在前述指数成份股内但有股票同时在上交所和联交所主板上市的发行人的H股，但是，：

（1）在联交所以港币以外货币报价交易的股票不纳入；

（2）同时有股票在上交所以外的内地证券交易所上市的发行人的股票不纳入；

（3）上交所上市A股为风险警示板股票或者暂停上市股票的A+H股上市公司的相应H股不纳入。此外，具有上交所认定的其他特殊情形的股票不纳入。如图：
