2、参与证券交易24个月以上。

3、个人风险评估等级为R4及以上，风险承受能力为C4及以上。

4、对科创板基础知识、业务规则及风险事项有所了解，知识测评不低于85分。

5、不存在不良诚信记录，不存在境内法律、上交所业务规则等规定禁止或者限制参与证券交易活动的情形。
