新股申购存在以下的规则：

1、申购新股前20个交易日日均市值必须在1万及其以上；

2、申购科创板的新股和创业板的新股，必须开通权限，否则无法申购；

3、深圳市场上的1万市值2个配号，每个配号500股，沪市（除科创板之外）上的1万市值1个配号，一个配号1000股，科创板上的个股，1万市值2个配号，每个配号500股；

4、深圳市场上的市值和上海市场上的市值是分开计算的；

5、以第一次申购为准，此后的申购为无效申购；

6、投资者多个账户下的市值是可以合并计算的；

7、中签之后，在公布日16：00前，投资者须确保证券账户中有足够的资金，如果投资者任何证券账户以及名下多个账户出现连续12月内累计出现3次新股申购中签后，但没有足额缴款的情况出现时都会视为放弃新股申购。该投资者名下账户6个月不可以参与网上新股申购。
