一般这个过程叫做质押式回购，其特点是：

质押式回购只是将债券出质给资金供给方，所有权还在资金融入方；质押式回购只是将资金融资方的债券合法冻结，债券还在融资方；质押式回购是按照回购利率约定，资金融入方到期偿还本息，资金出借方归还债券。

质押式回购无所谓利好还是利空，影响股价的因素有很多，投资者要结合其他指标一起分析。
