2、可能是主力资金利用回购消息洗盘，因为上市公司回购股票后，流通中的股票数量降低，有利于股价上涨。而主力资金通过洗盘的方式，就能将那些不坚定的资金洗出，未来拉升就不担心浮筹的影响。

3、公司基本面差或整体行情差的时候，回购消息不能刺激投资者的投资情绪。比如说：2021年永辉超市基本面相对而言，没有前几年好，所以即便公司实施回购方案，但今年的股价一直处于单边下跌的情形。
