根据退市新规规定，连续亏损3年不一定会被ST，现阶段被ST的标准有：

（一）公司生产经营活动受到严重影响且预计在三个月以内不能恢复正常；

（二）公司主要银行账号被冻结；

（三）公司董事会、股东大会无法正常召开会议并形成决议；

（四）公司一年被出具无法表示意见或否定意见的内部控制审计报告或鉴证报告；

（五）公司向控股股东或者其关联人提供资金或者违反规定程序对外提供担保且情形严重的；

（六）公司三个会计年度扣除非经常性损益前后净利润孰低者为负值，且一年审计报告显示公司持续经营能力存在不确定性；

（七）本所认定的其他情形。

本规则第9.4条第五项所述“向控股股东或者其关联人提供资金或者违反规定程序对外提供担保且情形严重”，是指上市公司存在下列情形之一且无可行的解决方案或者虽提出解决方案但预计无法在一个月内解决的：

（一）上市公司向控股股东或者其关联人提供资金的余额在 1000 万元以上，或者占上市公司一期经审计净资产的 5%以上；

（二）上市公司违反规定程序对外提供担保的余额（担保对象为上市公司合并报表范围内子公司的除外）在 1000 万元以上，或者占上市公司一期经审计净资产的 5%以上。

公司无控股股东、实际控制人的，其向第一大股东或者其关联人提供资金，按照本章规定执行。
