有可能，股票被ST后能否摘帽，要看上市公司被ST的原因。新规规定如违反下列条件会标记ST：

1、公司主要银行账号被冻结；

2、董事会、股东大会无法正常召开会议并形成有效决议；

3、公司被控股股东及其关联方非经营性占用资金，余额达到最近一期经审计净资产绝对值5%以上，或金额超过1000万元，未能在1个月内完成清偿或整改，或公司违反规定对外提供担保，余额达到最近一期经审计净资产绝对值5%以上等；

4、最近连续三个会计年度扣除非经常性损益前后净利润孰低者均为负值，且最近一个会计年度财务会计报告的审计报告显示公司持续经营能力存在不确定性等。

所以，只要上市公司在交易所规定的时间内，解决这些问题，则可以当年就申请摘帽。但如果是因为会计年度亏损导致被ST的，则至少需要下个会计年度后才能摘帽。
