1、沪深主板ST股票的涨跌幅限制为±5%，创业板和科创板ST的股票涨跌幅限制为±20%，在委托卖出的时候，要在涨跌幅价格以内委托。

2、投资者当日通过竞价交易、大宗交易和盘后定价交易累计买入的单只风险警示股票，数量不得超过50万股，另有规定的除外。
