召集人应当在年度股东大会召开20日之前，或者临时股东大会召开15日之前，以公告方式向股东发出股东大会通知。股东大会通知中应当列明会议召开的时间、地点、方式，以及会议召集人和股权登记日等事项，并充分、完整地披露所有提案的具体内容。
