当港股通标的股票存在以下情形的，将会被调出港股通范围：

1、在深交所上市的A股被实施风险警示、被暂停上市或者进入退市整理期的A＋H股上市公司的相应H股。

2、A股在上交所风险警示板交易或被暂停上市的A＋H股上市公司的相应H股。

3、在联交所以港币以外的货币报价交易的股票。

4、交易所认定的其它特殊情形。
